Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered board, in which, its applications is ideally substituted Solid Wood.MDF is a wood based composite. The primary constituant is a softwood that has been broken down into wood fibres; that is the very cells (tracheids, vessels, fibres and fibre-tracheids), which are far smaller entities than those used in particleboard. Wide variety of softwood species will constitute a suitable base for MDF production, though if too many species are used too great a variation in the properties of the finished MDF will result.
SCKC’s MDF is made from Softwood and it is in particular light color, which is easier to paint and laminate. Our MDF has been manufactured by the hi-technology machine with long experience of production team. Therefore, SCKC’s MDF is highly known as the quality product.
SCKC’s MDF is available in UF-E2, UF-E1, and E0 Grade with standard dimensions of 1220mm x 2440mm (4′ x 8′). 1220mm x 4880mm (4′ x 16′). The available thickness ranges from 8 mm up to 25 mm.
